About Us
Twenty-five years ago, we pioneered the field of identifying and costing municipal services. When the Compaq transportable and Lotus 1A were released, we were one of the first consulting companies to convert the enormous columnar pad analyses to spreadsheets.
Within years, we had developed one of the first governmental service costing software programs on a series of interlocking Lotus spreadsheets, which we used exclusively for our consulting clients. Then, about ten years ago, we developed the first stand-alone Windows version of our software, which we have upgraded over the years.
Now, we want to share our software with you. You can benefit from our experience by using the same software we use daily for our clients. By using the Clarion for Windows development language, we were able to create a system that is both easy to use and easy for us to update as needed.
